A magical year, our curriculum for our Pre-K
class will prepare your child for the more advanced thought processes that
are needed for life in kindergarten, as well as for gifted and talented
programs in our area public schools. Years of experience in fine
motor development, letter recognition and phonics play comes together in
recognizable letter formation and newly found clarity of the written word.
Confidence in conflict resolution results in
creative solutions we adults don’t even think of! Friendships bloom,
change and bloom again as your child explores who they are and how they
want to be seen in the world.
A kindergarten preparedness assessment is
administered in the fall and the results discussed in parent conferences
to help determine your child’s strengths and areas in which they are still
developing including auditory, visual and cognitive skills.
Every year we have our Pre-Ks' vision and hearing
screened so they are ready for Kindergarten.
